Our range of salamis and cured hams have a real taste of the country they come from as the ingredients used for curing and the method of drying varies according to the country of origin.


Our continental range includes Chorizos from Spain with their balance of paprika and chillies, French saucissons, saucisses seches, some with a hint of aniseed, and distinctive Italian Salami.


Our Irish range includes Dereenatra sausage made by Frank Krawscky and this has lots of spices and mustard seeds. We also have Fieldwise Salami made from Seamus Hogans Organic pork from Kanturk Co. Cork and Caherbeg fresh sausages from the free-range pigs of Willy and Avril Allshire-Howe.
