Our patés
and terrines are freshly cooked using only the finest of local ingredients
including free-range pork and free-range eggs. They are genuine "Grand
Mère" recipes that have been in the family for generations.
- Chicken Liver Paté with Garlic and Brandy
The chicken liver pate is sold in cartons of 180gr approx our by whole
terrines of 2.5kg. Price is €1.82/100gr
- Free range pork rillettes
Rillettes is a very tasty traditional dish from France made from free-range
pork cooked in its own melted fat. Comes potted in cartons of 200g.
Price is €4.95 each.
