Our New 'Spiced Pork Terrine with Apricots & Figs' won the Gold Medal at the Irish Food Awards in Dingle in 2015!!
It's a great achievement to get the Gold Medal 2 years in-a-row!!
It's a new Terrine that is part of our new Christmas Range, together with the Duck Liver Pate with Cranberries.
They completed very well the existing range of Terrines : Pork & Plum Terrine (Silver 2014 in Blas na hEireann - 1 star at the Great Taste Awards 2013), Venison terrine with Raisins & Ginger, Pate Forestier with Wild Mushrooms, Country Terrine, Duck & Rosemary terrine, Chicken & Lemon Terrine, Bayonne Ham terrine,
and also the more popular range of our Famous Pates:
Chicken Liver Pate with Garlic & Brandy (Bronze 2014 Blas na hEireann - 1 star Great taste 2012)
Chicken Liver Pate with Smoked Bacon & Port (Gold 2014 Blas na hEireann, -1 star Great taste 2012)
Duck Liver Pate with port , made with 66% Irish duck Livers (From Skeaghnore or Silverhill Duck Farm) marinated in port, and 33 % Irish Butter.... Amazing taste!!
Those 2 new products were also succesfully selected by Musgrave for their Xmas Range and were sold in all the major Supervalu and some some Centras all over Ireland during the festive season...
