On The Pig's Back Café / Deli in Douglas, Co. Cork, opened in 2009 as a Specialty food store with a 'tasting room' for our cheeses, charcuterie and wine selection. Douglas was, also, to provide a new kitchen for the our Homemade Pates and Terrines. Due to popular demand, we have extended the 'tasting room' to a 80-seater Café with an outside terrace surrounded with Fresh herbs. Lunch time is Buzzing!!

Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 5.00pm. Sunday Brunch opening hours are from 10.00am to 3.00pm. Monday to Saturday brunch menu is served until 11.15am and our lunch menu is served from 12.00pm to 3.30pm.
Because good food goes with good taste and good things, our walls are changing every few months to exhibit local artwork. We regularly host Artist Exhibitions, and music evenings. See our events and news page for further information regarding our on-going exhibitions.
