Wholesale Production & Distribution

All products are made from locally sourced meats, and produced in Douglas, Co. Cork.
On The Pig's Back has been producing Pâtés and Terrines since 1992, using traditional French recipes handed down through the owner’s, Isabelle Sheridan, family. Production and retail began in the famous English Market in Cork, where even Queen Elizabeth II had a visit in 2011. Production has, since, moved to a new state of the art facility in Douglas, Cork. The move of production allowed for On The Pig’s Back to expand to wholesaling, which means that products are now distributed nationwide, to a range of different retailers, please see below.
