Baking Cooleney Cheese 200g
Cooleney camembert, in a ceramic dish. Ideal for baking and sharing.
Remove wrapping, place the camembert unwrapped back in the dish. With a knife make a cross on the crust, and insert a clove of garlic and a brunch of rosemary or your choice of herb (optional.. its very nice plain as well!) ) Bake in a hot oven at 120deg for 20 mins or until the cheese is bubbly. Served with crusty bread ... and dip in!
