The Burren Balsamic
Burren Balsamics was founded in 2014 with the aim of producing top quality vinegars fusing local flavours with superior quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to create a delicious range of affordable condiments. Over a cup of coffee, we decided to produce a range of fruit infused black Balsamics. Our aim was initially to sell the products at local craft fairs and retail outlets.
Our products were so well received that we also worked on infusing white balsamic vinegars – or white condiment. Our experiment became real and we now have five more flavour combinations of white Italian condiment to add to our range of ten fruit infused black balsamic vinegars.
Whilst we have added to the flavours, fruit infusions and herb and spice combinations, we never compromise on flavour – the ingredients are 100% natural. Also, the processes we use to make the most out of our ingredients involve the extraction of oxygen and gentle heat application resulting in fuller, better flavours all round.
These products are an essential for any store cupboard. Our vinegars work in savoury or sweet dishes: drizzled over cheese, added to marinades and casseroles, or as the twist to ice-creams - always adding depth and flavour. They even work in cocktails!
Blood orange and cardamom infused balsamic vinegar.
Quality white wine vinegar and concentrated grape must infused with blood orange and cardamon. Perfect for chargrills, curries, cakes, sorbets and cocktails. #
Original white balsamic vinegar.
This wonderful white balsamic is great for salads, fish and fruit. A great idea for this would be to use it in a hollandaise sauce or simply drizzled over fish.
Tarragon infused balsamic vinegar.
Quality white wine vinegar and concentrated grape must infused with tarragon. For dressing and for cooking. Perfect addition to soups, sauces and seafood.
