Tip 1: 

We reccomend atleast four alternative cheeses to ensure the shape and size of your cake is resembeling a traditional wedding cake. This allows also for more variety in your cheese offerings and adds a degree of stature to the cake. 

Tip 2:

We always reccomend going as varied as possible when it comes cheeses. Of course it's your decision and there really is no wrong way to do it but by having a selection of cheeses you add to the party by allowing guests to try cheeses they may never have before. A mixture of hard and soft cheeses is always appreciated by guests however don't forget that it is important for structure that no soft creamy cheese is being squished at the bottom. 

Tip 3: 

A hard round large gouda is always the best for the bottom. Not only for structure but for it's sheer beauty!!!!

Tip 4: 

Design your cheese cake how you want to. Like we said there is no right or wrong way to do so but the additives of fresh fruit like grapes and cherries really add a beautiful colour to your cake. 

Tip 5: 

Have fun with it! It is your wedding after all so if you want a frankenstein creation or a Instagram ready cheese cake then there is no judgement here!
