  On The Pigs Back is the very proud recipients for 3 Awards this year: + GOLD Medals for Our Sooo Tasty Quiche Lorraine, + SILVER medals for Our Chicken Liver Pate with Garlic & Brandy .. (Thats following last year GOLD for Chicken Liver Pate with Smoked Bacon & Port ... After 25 years our Pates are still on TOP everytime!!) , + BRONZE Medal for our Delicious Sausage Rolls made from Jack MC Carthy Sausage meat, and ... Blas Na hEireann 2015 - Gold Medal for On the Pigs back Terrine!!

                            Our New 'Spiced Pork Terrine with Apricots & Figs' won the Gold Medal at the Irish Food Awards in Dingle in 2015!! It's a great achievement to get the Gold Medal 2 years in-a-row!! It's a new Terrine that is part of our new Christmas Range, together with the Duck Liver Pate with Cranberries.  They completed very well the existing range of Terrines : Pork & Plum Terrine (Silver 2014 in Blas na hEireann - 1 star at the Great Taste Awards 2013), Venison terrine with Raisins & Ginger, Pate Forestier...
