  On The Pigs Back is the very proud recipients for 3 Awards this year: + GOLD Medals for Our Sooo Tasty Quiche Lorraine, + SILVER medals for Our Chicken Liver Pate with Garlic & Brandy .. (Thats following last year GOLD for Chicken Liver Pate with Smoked Bacon & Port ... After 25 years our Pates are still on TOP everytime!!) , + BRONZE Medal for our Delicious Sausage Rolls made from Jack MC Carthy Sausage meat, and ... Shuutt  ...secret recipe... ;) Here is our very proud Front Kitchen Team who deliver the most delicious pastry and Lunch...

Blas Na hEireann Awards 2018

  GOLD !!  After many years ... Our Chicken Liver Pate with Smoked Bacon & Port is still the Tastiest Pate in Ireland.. (and the world!!) :)) BRONZE : This Chicken Liver pate with Garlic & Herbs is much lighter than its brother (Chicken Liver Pate with Garlic & Brandy)  There is still Brandy in it ...  but the butter us replaced with succulent Saindoux (Lard)...
